Question:     Will there be a ballot measure this November to legalize marijuana in Colorado?

 

Answer:        Yes.  Amendment 64 qualifies for the November ballot under the title:  "Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol Act of 2012."  This constitutional amendment provides for a person 21 years or older to legally consume or possess 1 oz. or less of marijuana.  The Act also provides for government licensing, regulation and taxing of marijuana retail stores, cultivation facilities, product manufacturing facilities and testing facilities.

 

Question:     If I wanted to get involved, how would I do so?

 

Answer:        Oppose 64 - If you oppose Amendment 64, then go to www.votenoon64.com where you can volunteer to get involved and/or donate to the campaign.  You can also contact, or send a check to, the No on 64 Campaign through "Smart Colorado", P.O. Box 6627, Denver, CO  80206.

 

Answer:        Support 64 - If you support Amendment 64, then you can go to www.regulatemarijuana.org where you can volunteer to get involved and/or donate to the campaign.  You can also contact, or send a check to, the Support 64 Campaign through "Campaign to Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol", P.O.
